Hanya berdasarkan SARA, berupa retorika nggak ada detailnya,” Ungkap Ahmad Dhani saat ditemui di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, Senin (26/11).
Dhani menyebut bahwa tuntutan terhadapnya merupakan lelucon of the year karena lebih tinggi dari kasus yang dulu dialami Ahok. Merasa kasus ujaran kebencian terpicu dari penistaan agama yang dilakukan Ahok, maka Dhani menilai jika tuntutan terhadap dirinya hanyalah bentuk aksi balas dendam
“Saya dituntut 2 tahun kepada golongan yang abstrak. Pasti ada titipan dari atas bikin tuntutan itu, 2 tahun tuntutan biar sama kayak Ahok di penjara 2 tahun. Tuntutan balas dendam, langkah selanjutnya ya saya pulang dan ngopi,” ujar Dhani santai.
Saat menjalani sidang pembacaan tuntutan, Dhani tampak ditemani sang anak, Dul. Dul berharap apapun hasil atas kasus ayahnya, semoga bisa ditangani secara adil dan murni serta tidak terpengaruh oleh kepentingan siapapun.
