Saat ini rumah tangga mereka sedang diambang kehancuran, baik Gading maupun Gisel sekarang masih menunggu keputusan menyangkut hak asuh atas putri semata wayang mereka yang bernama Gempita Nora Marten.
Meskipun belum diputuskan oleh pengadilan namun Gisel merasa bahwa hak asuh Gempi akan jatuh ke tangannya. Hal itu diyakini oleh Gisel bukan tanpa alasan, Sebab menurut Undang Undang hak asuh anak yang berusia di bawah 12 tahun jatuh kepada sang ibu.
“Hak asuh masih rata-rata pada umumnya anak di bawah umur akan sama saya," ujar Gisel lewat tayangan video call dalam sesi konferensi pers di kawasan Sudirman, Jakarta belum lama ini. Dikutip dari okezone.com Senin (26/11/2018).
Meski kemungkinan besar hak asuh Gempi akan jatuh ke tangan Gisel, namun ia mengaku tidak akan menghalangi Gading untuk bertemu dengan putrinya tersebut. Meski rumah tangga Gading dan Gisel sudah berada di ujung tanduk namun mereka sepakat untuk mengurus buah hati mereka bersama.
"Tapi tidak ada perebutan sama sekali. Tidak membatasi kalau pingin ketemu, walaupun hak asuh sama saya, tapi kita rawat berdua," sambung wanita 28 tahun ini.
Sebagai ibu yang baik, Gisel sendiri ternyata sudah sempat menanyakan hal tersebut kepada Gempi. Penyanyi jebolan Indonesian Idol itu mengajukan pertanyaan dengan siapa putrinya itu ingin tidur dan tinggal bersama.
"Ini juga kayaknya akan lebih banyak sama mas (Gading). Ditanyain Gempi nanti mau bobo di rumah papa atau mama? dia bilang 'mama' tapi mukanya bohong gitu, Aku tanya lagi ke dia, jujur hayo kalau mau sama papa ngaku aja. terus dia ketawa 'hehehe papa aja' gitu," lanjut Gisel.
Sementara itu gugatan perceraian Gisel sudah didaftarkan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan pada Senin (19/11/2018) dan sudah siap untuk disidangkan.
Tidak lama setelah kabar perceraian mereka muncul ke publik. Gisel dan Gading sama-sama angkat suara terkait perceraian mereka itu.
Dalam postingan yang diunggah di akun Instagramnya masing-masing, baik Gisel maupun Gading pun mengatakan akan berhubungan baik demi membesarkan putri kecil mereka itu yakni Gempita Nora Marten.
