Namun seperti dilansir dari tribunnews.com (21/11/2018), kabar tak sedap itu kini berubah jadi kabar bahagia. Tanpa Ratna sadari, ternyata dirinya kini sedang hamil anak ketiga. Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Caroline Hutomo, dokter yang merawat mantan kekasih Raffi Ahmad itu lewat akun Instagramnya. Sang dokter pun mengucapkan selamat atas kehamilan Ratna Galih. Ia juga mendoakan agar kehamilan Ratna dilancarkan hingga melahirkan.
"Congrats untuk pasien ku artis cantik @ratnagalih atas kehamilannya. semoga aman lancar sampai lahiran ya sayang," tulis dokter Caroline di akun Instagramnya, pada Selasa (20/11/2018).
Namun rupanya informasi bahagia yang disampaikan sang dokter malah membuat banyak netizen bingung. "Maaf jadi hamil atau sakit ya? kalo hamil kok malah dibilang sakit?," tanya seorang netizen. "@ratnagalih lahh kaka ratna aslina teh hamil atau sakit? aq jadi bingung," ujar netizen yang lain. "Maaf dokter @carolinehutomo dan kak @ratnagalih saya kok jadi binggung, ini kak Ratna sebetulnya hamil ato sakit??kalau hamil kenapa di bilang sakit???kalau sakit kok jadi hamil?? Tolong di jelasin," pinta netizen lainnya.
Tak ingin menambah kebingungan para netizen, Ratna Galih pun akhirnya ikut angkat bicara dan memberikan penjelasannya. "Emang ada penumpukan cairan.. kemaren belum tau kalo hamil.. tapi Alhamdulillah ternyata hamil.. biar ga pada bingung nanti aku posting di IG aku yah kalo udah enakan," tulis Ratna Galih pada kolom komentar postingan sang dokter.
