Tak terima dirinya dilaporkan sang tante, Meldi balik menyerangnya. Ia juga melaporkan Dewi Perssik dengan tuduhan pencemaran nama baik.
Tak hanya keponakan, ibunda Meldi juga melaporkan Dewi Perssik dengan tuduhan yang sama. Janda Saipul Jamil ini terancam hukuman enam tahun penjara.
"Rosa Meldianti dengan terlapor saudara Dewi Muria Agung dalam dugaan tindak pidana sebagaimana yang dimaksud dengan pencemaran nama baik atau fitnah di media elektronik," kata kuasa hukum Meldi, Rudi Kabunang, di Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (6/11/2018).
2 Pasal Sekaligus
Dalam laporannya, Meldi mengunggat Depe dengan dua pasal sekaligus yaitu pasal 27 ayat 3 juncto pasal 45 ayat 1 juncto dan pasal 310 dan 311 KUHP. Dengan dua pasal itu, Istri Angga Wijaya ini terancam hukuman enam tahun penjara.
"Ancaman enam tahun laporan kedua LP saudara Adrie Febriarti ibunda Meldy itu melaporkan dengan terlapor saudari Dewi Muria Agung alias Dewi Perssik diduga melanggar pasal 27 ayat 3 pasal 45 ayat 1 UU ITE Juncto pasal 310 311 KUHP dan ancaman maksimal 6 tahun," ucapnya.
Sakit Hati
Meldi yang mengaku sakit hati atas ucapan Dewi Perssik, ia pun memperkarakan kasus ini ke jalur hukum. " Semua saya serahkan ke kuasa hukum saya," kata Meldi.
Rudi menambahkan kliennya telah mengantongi sejumlah bukti untuk menggugat Dewi Perssik. "Buktinya hampir 10. Itu berupa video lima dan surat juga hampir lima jadi kurang lebih ada 10 -an," tuturnya.
