Jika Tuntutan Melebihi Ahok, Dhani: Hukum Sontoloyo yang Buat Genderuwo

Musikus Ahmad Dhani Prasetyo menghadiri sidang dengan agenda pembacaan tuntutan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan atas kasus cuitannya tentang meludahi penista agama. Dhani mengatakan, tuntutan pada kasusnya merupakan cerminan kondisi hukum di Indonesia saat ini.

"Saya sih enggak ada persiapan ya. Cuma hari ini tuntutan itu akan memberikan sebuah gambaran tentang kepastian hukum di Indonesia. Jadi kepastian tentang penegakan hukum di Indonesia itu adalah kasus saya," ujar Dhani di PN Jaksel, Jalan Ampera Raya, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (19/11/2018).

Ahmad Dhani membandingkan kasusnya dengan perkara mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama atau Ahok tentang penodaan agama. Dia menilai, kasusnya lebih ringan ketimbang perkara Ahok sehingga ia meminta agar tuntutan yang dikeluarkan jaksa tak lebih berat dari Ahok.

Saat itu Ahok hanya dituntut oleh jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) dengan hukuman satu tahun masa percobaan. Meski akhirnya majelis hakim menjatuhkan vonisnya lebih berat dari tuntutan JPU.

"Jadi jaksa bingung nih, masa tuntutan Ahmad Dhani lebih berat dari pada Ahok. Kalau sampai tuntutan jaksa lebih berat dari Ahok jelas negara ini tak punya hukum, negara ini rusak, hukumnya sontoloyo, yang buat genderuwo," ucap Ahmad Dhani.

Berharap Bebas
Mantan suami Maia Estianty itu berharap JPU menuntut dirinya bebas dalam perkara ini. Kendati begitu, ia tak terlalu ambil pusing dengan tuntutan yang diberikan JPU.

"Kalau keputusan itu kan dari hakim. Kalau Tuntutan jaksa bebas. Jaksa bebas menuntut mau lebih berat atau ringan dari Ahok itu keputusan jaksa. Tapi yang memutuskan nanti adalah hakim," kata Dhani.
